admin I’ve just come across a fantastic diet. It’s the anti-fad, anti-cliché, anti-gimmick diet. (Of course, I found it advertised online, so I’m sure it’s not totally lacking in those things…) But anyways, it’s called The Lose Weight Diet. This diet is as straightforward as the name suggests—easy, logical, and you don’t need to sign up or pay anything.
It gets better. How do you lose weight on The Lose Weight Diet? You cut your calories. Tah-dah! Plain and simple.
This guy talks about your calorie maintenance level—that’s the number of calories you eat on a daily basis without causing any weight loss or weight gain—and about how if you reduce your calorie intake to add up to LESS THAN your calorie maintenance level, how you’ll lose weight. (The flipside is also true: Increase that number to beyond your CML and you’ll gain weight—but we don’t need an article about how to gain weight do we?
Let’s say your CML is 3,000 calories. If for one week (7 days) you reduce that number to 2,500 calories/day, then by the end of the week you’ll have lost one pound!
