(Of course, I found it advertised online, so I’m sure it’s not totally lacking in those things…) But anyways, it’s called The Lose Weight Diet. This diet is as straightforward as the name suggests—easy, logical, and you don’t need to sign up or pay anything.</p>
<p>It gets better. How do you lose weight on The Lose Weight Diet? You cut your calories. Tah-dah! Plain and simple.</p>
<p>This guy talks about your calorie maintenance level—that’s the number of calories you eat on a daily basis without causing any weight loss or weight gain—and about how if you reduce your calorie intake to add up to LESS THAN your calorie maintenance level, how you’ll lose weight. (The flipside is also true: Increase that number to beyond your CML and you’ll gain weight—but we don’t need an article about how to gain weight do we?</p>
<p>Let’s say your CML is 3,000 calories. If for one week (7 days) you reduce that number to 2,500 calories/day, then by the end of the week you’ll have lost one pound! (Math: 500 less per day X 7 days = 3,500 calories lost in 7 days. 3,500 calories equals one pound.) It should go without saying that those calories that you do eat should be balanced and healthy, and you should cut out the junk.</p>
<p>So that’s how you can easily lose a pound a week by reducing your calorie intake. But there’s another way you can lose weight—exercise. Don’t change anything in your eating habits and BURN 500 cals a day and you’ll lose that same one pound a week.</p>
<p>Losing one pound a week is a safe and healthy rate for sustainable weight loss.</p>
<p>So how do you put words into action? Count your calories for a week or so to get an estimate of what you’re CML is. And then subtract 500 and see what happens!</p>

<p>ADHD is often caused by irregular eating habits. It has been shown in a number of cases that the diet has a direct influence on attention deficiency hyper-activity disorder. An ADHD Diet Plan is for all children and especially for those already diagnosed with the disease.</p>
<p>It is never easy to make a diet for a child. But if the child has ADHD, it would be him, a world of good to change to a specific ADHD diet plan. There are countless of diets on the market, and unfortunately a lot of them are at best useless, and at worst extremely unhealthy.
