If you are citizen who are very busy, I suppose you always eat not in a proper calories and nutrition. Fast food is always the best choice for those who do not have time to cook and have so many busy activities that should be in a hurry so they prefer fast food to be eaten. Fast food itself is the service given to food that can be prepared and served very quickly, for instant: precooked foods such as French fries or pizza typically must be used within a few hours, or they become dried out and unpalatable. I think this meals are not good for health, it can cause over weight too if you get used to eat fast food everyday.
